Cancellation & Refund Policy
Dear Colleagues,
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to offer a fair and flexible cancellation policy.
Early Registration (until 15 July 2025)
- Cancellations before 31 July 2025 → Full refund minus a €50 administrative fee.
- Cancellations from 1 August to 15 August 2025 → 50% refund.
- Cancellations from 16 August 2025 onwards → No refund.
Late Registration (16 July – 13 October 2025)
- Cancellations before 1 September 2025 → 50% refund.
- Cancellations from 1 September 2025 onwards → No refund.
No-show Policy
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
Substitutions
- If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another person at no extra cost until 10 October 2025.
Please note that all presenters must be registered for the congress.
All cancellations, refund requests, and registration transfers must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat at tli@zita-congress.gr
