On behalf of the European Society of Paediatric Endoscopic Surgeons (ESPES), it is my great honor and pleasure to welcome you to beautiful and charming Athens for the ESPES Annual Congress. Each year this meeting brings together our international community of paediatric surgeons, creating an important occasion to learn from one another, to exchange ideas, and to strengthen the ties that connect us across countries and institutions.
The scientific program has been designed to support both education and collaboration. Keynote lectures, round table discussions, masterclasses, and hands-on workshops will provide opportunities not only to follow the latest developments, but also to reflect together on the challenges and advances that shape our specialty.
What makes ESPES unique is the sense of community and openness that our members bring to every encounter. I trust that this year’s congress will continue that tradition and will offer each of us valuable knowledge and lasting connections.

On behalf of the Greek Association of Paediatric Surgeons, it is both a joy and a privilege to welcome you to Athens for the 15th ESPES Annual Congress. Hosting this distinguished meeting is a true honor, offering a unique occasion to bring together colleagues, mentors, and friends from across the world in the spirit of scientific progress and collaboration.
This congress is above all a meeting of people who share the same passion and dedication. It is a chance to exchange experiences, to learn side by side, and to inspire one another as we advance paediatric endoscopic surgery. The program is designed not only to provide knowledge, but also to strengthen the sense of community and collaboration that defines ESPES.
I wish to express my sincere gratitude to the ESPES President and the Executive Board, whose unwavering support and commitment have brought this meeting to life.
